Friday is breakfast day at the Sunny Side Up cafe in Norwich. I have to say the place has a welcoming vibe to all that frequent, from mums and children to Builders. The food is excellent quality and always fresh. The staff are friendly polite and helpful and the prices are competitive. I'll be back on Friday and every Friday until my current project in Norwich is complete. If you are in the area I highly recommend a visit to this cafe.

Been a while since my last trip to Sunny Side Up so I thought it was about time I visited again Had the vegan breakfast with vegan toast and a black coffee, despite the cafe being busy I was seen to and served very quickly. Really enjoyed the breakfast and at a total cost of 6 was great value. Sauces were in proper bottles too which is a huge plus over sachets! All in all very much enjoyed my visit to this old shool cafe, will visit again soon Ps was cash only on the day I visited but there's a free to use cashpoint at the Co Op a 30 seconds walk up the road
Absolutely banging breakfast even the small was huge! Lovely sausages, NOT cheap beans and eggs cooked perfectly! And with a decent tea or coffee !! Great price definitely recommend
As always, excellent breakfast and service in this cafe. One of the best fry ups in Norwich. Bumper breakfast, tea and extra toast for 9.
I genuinely don't know how they make money... The food is good, hot, cooked fresh (open kitchen so you can watch them cooking it) tasty and almost questionably cheap... Couldn't fault the food, quality breakfast, coffee was good, toast was crispy and hot, no wait despite it being pretty busy, a lot of take away orders too, the 2 ladies were super friendly and nice. I can't fault the place, it's a cafe, what it sells, it does well and you really cannot ask for any more than that. Had they charged me a fiver more for the breakfast I had I wouldn't have batted an eyelid! Incredible value, will definitely be going back. Parking a bit of an adventure due to some side street tickets holder restrictions, but there is some parking if you look about, and it's cash only.
Had the heartiest breakfast here yesterday. Easy on the pocket and delicious! All set breakfasts include instant tea or coffee and toast which is sth I have yet to see in another breakfast cafe. We ordered a large vegetarian English and avocado toast with poached eggs. The portions were huge. Will definitely visit again!
I enjoyed a delicious healthy option All Day Breakfast, accompanied by a cup of tea, all for a very reasonable price of 8. The staff were polite and friendly, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable. Finding a parking space can be a bit challenging, especially during busy times, but I was fortunate enough to locate a 30-minute free parking bay just around the corner. As a fast eater, I wasn't worried about the short time limit. This is definitely a cafe I will be returning to!
